• w3schools - this saved my ass so much in school omg. great as a quick reference. has stuff on HTML, CSS, JS, and lots more. (doesn't go too in-depth tho.)

• pixel safari - got some of winterspace's graphics from here and is a great resource in general
• blinkies.cafe - blinkie stuff! has a decent selection of templates you can further personalize with custom text
